· The M&E indicator matrix should be updated by replacing Objective and Target with Activity Code and Activity Description. · Reporting periods should be removed from the matrix. · The Budget Officer should be referred to as the M&E Champion, and the workflow should reflect that the M&E Champion initiates the process ? Line: Manager ? PMEM ? DCS ? DG. · The system should allow uploading PDF files.
